Architect

Swale Hill

The house was originally designed in 1929 by a Philadelphia architect as a summer home and farm near the ocean. For the addition of the north wing, the bays, stone work and shingle details reflect original southern parts of the house. The loggia with its stone piers and sloped roof marry back the new and old construction as well as capture the southerly ocean breeze.
